Position Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Customer Training Specialist to guarantee a top-notch experience for our customers across all interactions with our suite of products and services. This includes delivering high-quality initial training post-sale and providing ongoing coaching for users at various levels throughout their engagement with the client.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be proficient in designing, executing, and presenting training sessions via online training tools.
They should also possess skills in creating customer-focused training videos and be capable of providing training in various formats, including individual sessions, group sessions, webinars, and face-to-face interactions.
A key aspect of this role is seamlessly transitioning training interactions into potential lead generation opportunities when appropriate.
The emphasis will be on user education and promoting the adoption of products/services.
The successful candidate will occasionally travel for professional development, customer user workshops, or corporate meetings.
They should have familiarity with administrative processes.
Required Experience/Skills
- Customer-centric approach with a genuine enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
- 1+ years of experience as a training specialist.
- Advanced English level.
- Outstanding interpersonal communication and presentation skills, coupled with high energy and the ability to be assertive while maintaining respect.
- Resourceful, organized, and exhibits a professional demeanor.
- Understanding and appreciation of change management aspects, emphasizing the drive for adoption and adherence.
- Proficiency in an additional language, particularly Portuguese and French, at a professional level, is highly desirable.
Benefits Package
The selected candidate will enjoy a competitive salary of $23,000.00 per month, health insurance, 10 days of paid vacation per year, hybrid work options, Mexico holidays, and a Christmas bonus.
