We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Salesloft. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated professional who loves solving complex problems and providing exceptional support to our clients.
ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be pivotal in delivering an outstanding customer experience by helping customers get back to engaging with their buyers. Key responsibilities include working with amazing colleagues who exemplify our core values, supporting an impactful software that changes the way sellers serve their buyers, and developing a strong desire to learn and help others in Support learn.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience
- Superb analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong desire to learn and help others in Support learn
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Experience with time management between competing priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Client Success, Professional Service, Sales, and Quality Assurance teams. You will also have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge of complex topics related to VoIP, Salesforce, and Salesloft Automations. Within six months, you will become proficient in these areas and be able to provide training and mentor others on the team.
