Key Responsibilities- Customer Experience Ownership: Own and manage the customer experience, ensuring end-to-end satisfaction and compliance with company procedures and customer agreements.
- Shipment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end shipment process, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues and adherence to company procedures.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues, engaging internal stakeholders as needed, and providing timely and professional communication to customers.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement opportunities and cost reduction initiatives, leveraging data and insights to inform business decisions.
- Education: Recent college graduates in Business Administration and International Trade, or equivalent experience in Ocean Logistics, Landside Transportation, or Customer Experience.
- Language Skills: English proficiency (B2 level) and ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Soft Skills: Strong customer-centricity, service orientation, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Work Schedule: Ability to work standard work shifts (5AM-2PM, 6AM-3PM, 7AM-4PM, 8AM-5PM MEX TIME) and weekends (Saturday), with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
