Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Principal Technical Support Engineer to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our support organization, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership and expertise in the development of new products and services
  • Utilize 12 years of experience with Core products or 12 years of experience with Applications products
  • Possess a technical degree with a 3.0 GPA or proven professional/technical experience demonstrating an understanding of Applications at a functional and technical level, preferably Oracle
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements

  • 12 years of experience with Core products or 12 years of experience with Applications products
  • Technical degree with a 3.0 GPA or proven professional/technical experience demonstrating an understanding of Applications at a functional and technical level, preferably Oracle
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
