We are seeking a skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our team at Amazon Web Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers, helping them to succeed in the cloud.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include solving customer cases through various contact channels, applying advanced troubleshooting techniques, and working with customers to identify the root cause of issues. You will also drive initiatives to improve support-related processes and customer experience, leveraging your customer support experience to provide feedback to internal AWS teams, and continuously learning groundbreaking technologies and developing new technical skills.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need 1+ year of experience with one or more modern programming languages, data structures, algorithms, HTTP, and troubleshooting API calls, as well as knowledge or experience with system administration and troubleshooting any operating system (Linux and/or Windows) and networking. You must be able to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken) within technical and business settings.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for candidates with a bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Mathematics or a related field, understanding of distributed computing environments, exposure to serverless technologies such as Lambda, API Gateway, AWS IoT, or mobile and messaging technologies or AI (artificial intelligence) related technologies, and understanding of cloud computing concepts and/or experience with any cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
