About the Role

As a Cloud Support Engineer at Amazon Web Services, you will be part of a global team that provides technical support to our customers. You will be responsible for solving complex customer issues, driving initiatives to improve support-related processes, and working closely with internal AWS teams to improve our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solve customer cases through various contact channels, applying advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions.
  • Drive initiatives to improve support-related processes and customer experience, including tutorials, how-to videos, technical articles, and trainings.
  • Provide feedback to internal AWS teams on how to improve our services and work on critical, complex customer problems that span multiple AWS services.
  • Continuously learn groundbreaking technologies and develop new technical skills and professional competencies.
  • Act as an interviewer in hiring processes and coach/mentor new team members.
