Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer I - Technical Solutions Expert to join our team in Mexico City, DIF, MEX. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for solving customer cases through various contact channels, applying advanced troubleshooting techniques, and providing tailored solutions. You will also drive initiatives to improve support-related processes and our customers' experience.
Key Responsibilities- Solving customer cases through telephone, email, and web/live chat using advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide tailored solutions and working with them to dive deep into the root cause of an issue.
- Driving initiatives to improve support-related processes and our customers' experience, including tutorials, how-to videos, technical articles, trainings, among others.
- Providing feedback to internal AWS teams on how to improve our services and working on critical, highly complex customer problems that may span multiple AWS services.
- Continuously learning groundbreaking technologies and developing new technical skills and other professional competencies.
- Acting as an interviewer in hiring processes and coaching/mentoring new team members.

You will be assisting a global list of companies and developers that are taking advantage of a growing set of services and features to run their mission-critical applications.

Requirements- 1+ year of experience with secure corporate access and communications between users/servers, securing architectures from various attacks and vulnerabilities, and understanding identity access management and cryptography concepts.
- Knowledge or experience with system administration, and troubleshooting any operating system (Linux and/or Windows) and networking.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken) within technical and business settings.
