**Job Summary**

Intugo is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative/Accounting Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative/Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Respond to inquiries and review invoices for accuracy
  • Enter information into accounting software and create check batches for payment
  • Review and enter paper expense reports, if any
  • Update and post approved invoices from paramount into accounting software
  • Pull invoices approved for the weekly check run
  • Prepare checks for mailing
  • Assist with affiliate payments
  • Provide administrative support to the department as needed
  • Pull files for other departments or auditors when requested

**Requirements**

  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Previous accounting experience with similar responsibilities
  • College degree in accounting or post-secondary educational coursework in accounting
  • Working knowledge of bookkeeping, record keeping, and clerical reporting procedures
  • Detail-oriented, good work ethic, and excellent communication skills
  • Previous collections experience, as the job will require some soft collection calls and/or letters

**Work Environment**

Full-time position with a competitive salary of $18,500.00 per month

Monday to Friday schedule
