Position Overview

Uline is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make daily sales calls to establish relationships with potential customers and understand their business needs.
  • Document client details using Uline's CRM software to track interactions and identify sales opportunities.
  • Ask insightful questions to understand prospects' goals and objectives, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Schedule appointments for prospects with our sales team to drive sales growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
  • 2+ years inside sales/call center experience.
  • Industrial products experience preferred.
