Key Account Manager

**About the Role**:
KONE is a global leader in the elevator and escalator industry, providing innovative solutions that improve the flow of urban life. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing our local portfolio in Mexico City, focusing on our IMSS account.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
- Oversee client accounts, maintain reports, and monitor solution strategies.
- Act as a link between KONE and our customers, coordinating operative and administrative tasks with internal areas.
- Handle multiple customer accounts and provide excellent customer service.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management within a maintenance company that provides services to hotels.
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive attitude.
- Willingness to do fieldwork (50% travel to different states).
- SAP knowledge.
- Availability to travel.
