Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the Mexico region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing national sales plans, supervising regional sales managers, and determining annual unit and gross-profit plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development
    • Develop and implement national sales plans to achieve annual sales targets
    • Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise regional sales managers to ensure effective sales execution
    • Maintain national staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees
  • Market Intelligence
    • Monitor changing trends, economic indicators, competitors, and supply and demand to maintain sales volume
  • Business Development
    • Identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base through strategic partnerships and collaborations
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor sales pipelines & performance and produce regular reports & updates to executive leadership

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in sales leadership, with experience in developing and implementing sales strategies, leading high-performing sales teams, and driving business growth. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers at our customers.
