The Mid-Corp Relationship Manager is a key professional responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional client experiences. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to deepen client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with product specialists and subject matter experts to create customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Administer the credit relationship of clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies.
  • Collaborate with Case Managers to onboard and retain clients, ensuring timely completion of compliance deliverables.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities to increase share of wallet and maximize client experience.
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of experience in banking and financial services.
  • Sound knowledge of banking and investment products, as well as a track record of providing sound banking and financial advice.
  • Demonstrated credit skills, including the ability to structure complex deals.
