About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to join our team at Orbia Advance Corp. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the South region.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly commercial objectives and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, specifiers, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Manage and develop project pipelines to ensure a steady flow of sales opportunities.
  • Actively participate in business planning to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Ensure that all customer requests are responded to professionally and efficiently.
  • Positively promote the business, its products, and its employees to ensure the business is protected at all times.
  • Contribute to the development of all systems and procedures to continuously improve effectiveness.
  • Log detailed activities and projects within the CRM system.
  • Engage fully with all health and safety programs.
  • Ensure all management information – KPIs, Monthly Reports are submitted on time, in full.
  • Deliver CPD and product training to all relevant parties, e.g. specifiers.
  • Contribute successfully to the launch of all new product ranges.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of successful specification sales including management of a project pipeline.
  • Can demonstrate drive and ambition, setting challenging goals and seeking to achieve them.
  • Communicates confidently across a wide range of mediums.
  • Proactive use of CRM system, preferably Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Is entrepreneurial in identifying new business opportunities.
  • Experienced in successful negotiation, persuasion, and influencing.
  • Plans and organises efficiently and effectively.
  • Confident at making informed business decisions.
  • Adapts and responds well to change.
