About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team at Freudenberg. As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by coordinating and distributing sales reports, managing sales data, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Reporting and Data Management
    • Coordinate and distribute sales reports to sales management and territory managers, including monthly order intake, CYTD vs. PYTD, and sales order verification for commissions due.
    • Manage sales data and provide insights to support business decisions.
  • Sales Forecasting and Budgeting
    • Consolidate and prepare monthly sales order intake forecast for sales management and finance.
    • Measure variance of actual to forecast by salesman.
  • Annual Sales Order Intake Budget Process
    • Coordinate and prepare templates for sales management to create annual sales budget targets for the sales team.
    • Manage and track sales budget targets by manager, individual salesman, and channel.
  • Business Review Audits
    • Support finance in gathering documentation requested by auditors to fulfill audit review.
  • Sales Leads and Car Allowance Program
    • Coordinate with marketing and sales to import and manage leads into C4C.
    • Manage the car allowance program, including enrollment, termination, and mileage reporting.
  • Business Review Meeting (BRM) and Profitable Aftermarket Growth (PAG)
    • Coordinate and collect EBUS sales data required for quarterly BAA BRM meetings.
    • Manage and update PAG initiative results and presentation.
  • Administrative Support
    • Coordinate the ordering of business cards for the sales team.
    • Provide administrative support for sales reporting and data management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, sales, or related field.
  • Fluent English.
  • Availability to travel (valid visa and passport).
  • Experience with SAP C4C, CRM, and ERP.
  • Value for customer.
