Job Title: Sales Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regional Sales Engineer for Queretaro, Mexico
  • Effectively communicate with end-users, distributors, system integrators, and Universal Robots Company personnel
  • Responsible for allocated Service sales budget, order booking, and long-term service contract execution on revenues
  • Collaborate with equipment sales processes to drive point of sales (POS) service offers and drive automation through sales force to achieve high attach rates
  • Train and coach service sales representations on service sales and customer care processes, set targets, and support teams in delivering targets via collaboration with customers and multiple distribution partners
  • Value position UR Care offerings and future value add offerings to customers and partners, deliver proposals to end-users, and work with right levels of influencers and decision-makers to win multi-year service contracts
  • Coordinate service delivery in the region with field service engineers, tech support teams, remote service teams, and factory repair centers
  • Utilize various business and operations tools to drive world-class sales – salesforce, field service module, service mobility, and standard work
  • Lead business reviews with customers and partners in the regions, develop and implement service maintenance service agreement (MSA) custom frameworks with all key channel partners, collaborating with equipment (Cobot) sales teams across the region
  • Deliver high service levels to customers demonstrated by repeat sales of service contracts, price gains yearly, and high customer satisfaction scores
  • Implement sales strategies using strategic sales tools and processes, develop relationships at all levels within customers' organizations and within UR, and advocate for and support customers while aligning to UR objectives
  • Manage and grow the business for established and new customers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or related subjects
  • High English proficiency is a must for this position
  • 5+ years of regional service engineer or service sales experience in industrial equipment industries
  • Experience in industrial automation, solution/project sales involving technical products would be an advantage
  • Strong sense of understanding of the value proposition by end-users
  • Business acumen that can be applied on different decision levels from senior management to technical support
  • People management in sales
  • Valid Driver License
  • Must possess strong communication skills and have a good understanding of cross-cultural differences
  • This position requires 50%+ of traveling
  • Comfortable utilizing up-sell techniques via value and pain point-based selling
  • Demonstrated consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • In-depth knowledge of commercial compliance and risk management
