- Provide superior customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- 7+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of selling high-value products in Mexico.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and business skills.
- Motivated, results-oriented, and self-starter with a strong work ethic.
- Aptitude for quantitative analysis, strategic thinking, and detailed planning.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- MBA or graduate degree.
- Previous experience in the agricultural irrigation industry with knowledge of Rain Bird products and applications.
- Experience with wholesale distribution, business-to-business sales, irrigation design and installation, or agricultural operations.
