Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized assistance to clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
  • Guide clients through each stage of the surrogacy process, ensuring they understand every step and are well-informed.
  • Assist clients with hotel bookings, transfers, and other necessary preparations to ensure a smooth arrival in Mexico.
  • Respond to client inquiries and offer consultations on legal aspects, guaranteeing clients are well-informed and at ease.
  • Ensure timely payments and resolve any concerns that may arise during the process.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service or call-center operations.
  • Advanced or bilingual proficiency in English.
  • Excellent communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.
  • Ability to handle emergency or high-pressure situations calmly and quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
