Customer Service Supervisor III

This is a supervisory role that oversees customer service teams and drives business relationships via TE's Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy.
We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our customer care team in implementing new tools, managing customer accounts, and organizing team training to ensure timely responses to customer requests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in an international environment with occasional travel required.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement new processes and tools to improve customer experience and align with TE policy and structure
- Manage customer accounts and collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues
- Lead a team in the spirit of ECE, organizing training and working together to respond to customer requests within 24 hours
- Drive business goals and metrics for on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field such as business administration
- At least 5 years of customer care management experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and German
- Project management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to new systems and develop continuous process improvements
