Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist II to join our team at TE Connectivity. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with customers and account managers to plan activities and grow customer relationships
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to improve service levels and relationships
  • Liaise with internal staff and specialists to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Support sales teams with forecasting validation and collections activities
  • Manage and support process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Relevant work experience of 3+ years
  • SAP or Salesforce system knowledge
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
