Customer Service Specialist II

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist II to join our team at TE Connectivity. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Work closely with customers and account managers to plan activities and grow customer relationships
- Understand customer needs and requirements to improve service levels and relationships
- Liaise with internal staff and specialists to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Support sales teams with forecasting validation and collections activities
- Manage and support process improvement initiatives
- Relevant work experience of 3+ years
- SAP or Salesforce system knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
