At International Flavors & Fragrances, we are seeking a Customer Service Lead to oversee the delivery of purchase orders to customers and act as an intermediary between the plant and customers for local deliveries.

Key responsibilities include guaranteeing order delivery, solving day-to-day issues, supervising customer purchase order due dates, and coordinating complaint and request resolution from customers.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, relationship-building experience, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage or supervise customer orders including domestic, export, and consignment orders.
  2. Process or supervise credit notes or debit notes related to sales orders or customer complaints.
  3. Process or supervise customer complaints and service cases management.
  4. Supervise Customer Service Representatives' service level towards internal and external customers.
  5. Build a strong partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Drive continuous improvement in the Order to Cash process and Service Level KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • +5 years of experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain of business to business.
  • 1-2 years of experience in direct people management.
  • Knowledge in Supply Chain Management or end-to-end Order to Cash process.
  • Expert knowledge in MS Office tools.
