Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technical Customer Service Liaison. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with customers and company representatives to handle various service functions, including transactions, inquiries, and complaints.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers and account managers to plan activities and grow accounts, including backlog management and forecasting;
  • Develop strong business relationships through our Extraordinary Customer Experience strategy;
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently;
  • Support sales teams with forecast validation and manage collections activities in conjunction with finance partners;
  • Promote process improvement to standardized operational procedures (SOP).

Requirements:

  • Relevant work experience (3+ years);
  • SAP or Salesforce system knowledge is required;
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
