About the Role

The Senior Channel Development Manager will play a critical role in driving business growth through strategic partnerships, relationship management, and joint business execution.

As a key member of our channel organization, you will lead the development and execution of unique business plans with each partner sales team at assigned accounts.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute business plans in collaboration with Account Directors to maximize growth opportunities and ensure partners are well-positioned to deliver successful customer implementations and deployments.
  2. Drive enhanced alignment between sales teams at PAN+Partners and execute with excellence across account planning and pipeline management on all joint opportunities.
  3. Design a compelling value proposition that inspires strategic partners to promote our solutions.
  4. Liaise closely with product teams to innovate new solutions and GTM strategies to drive new ways to differentiate in the market and take market share.
  5. Provide clear and consistent communication across the region with partners to build strong partnerships throughout your assignment.
  6. Lead regular business performance and relationship reviews with senior management and various stakeholders.
  7. BUILD AND MAINTAIN ACTIVITY OF PERFORMANCE REPORTS AND ACTIVITY DASHBOARDS.

Requirements

  • Experience in Channel Management or Business Development roles within the enterprise software ecosystem and/or network security industry.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish languages.
  • Understanding of the local Mexican market.
  • Knowledge of sales, marketing, and solution development.
  • Demonstrate strong initiative and ability to think creatively with excellent presentation, written, and overall communication skills.
  • A consistent track record of leading complex sales situations through negotiation and conflict resolution.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
