">We are seeking an experienced Senior Partner Development Manager to manage ServiceNow relationships with our Partner Ecosystem across the AMS (or EMEA or APJ) Region. Key responsibilities include:">- ">
- Building partner practices through business plan development, account planning, and partner expectation management.">
- Selling, solving, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.">
- Planning for success through partner achievement target agreements, capacity planning, and growth investments.">
- Managing the ecosystem across team members through readiness assessments, milestone achievements, and regular evaluations.">
- Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coaching partners on best practices.">
- Communicating partner programs' requirements and benefits across the ecosystem.">
Required Skills and Qualifications
">To succeed in this role, you will need:">- ">
- At least 5 years of experience working with sales, marketing, or Channel and Alliance partnership management.">
- A strong ability to work in a 'east-west' operating model with both direct line and dotted line team members.">
- Diligence at measuring and communicating progress to achieve targeted results.">
Benefits
