About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Associate to join our Strategy and Execution service area in Mexico. As a key member of our project teams, you will play a crucial role in guiding and leading our clients through complex problems.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will interact with C-level clients on a regular basis to drive business change under the supervision of Project Managers and Directors.
  • You will contribute to creating new business solutions via data-driven insights, client interviews, market research, and analytical models.
  • You will seize opportunities at the client and at Metyis, shaping and landing them to become real.
  • You will become part of a fast-growing international and diverse team in a fast-paced growth firm.
Requirements
  • B.A. or M.Sc. degrees in Economics, Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or related studies at top Schools and Universities, with an outstanding record of achievement.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in strategic or business consulting.
  • Excellent social, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Fluent English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
  • Advanced level of PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Genuine eagerness to learn and work closely with other talented people.

Previous experience in Management Consulting is a must, and experience in Banking/Financial Services is a plus.
