Our team is growing rapidly, and we're seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our Mexico office and play a key role in our expansion into the LATAM region (Mexico, Colombia, and Chile).

This role enables individuals with strong interpersonal skills and a competitive spirit to develop consultative sales skills and grow professionally.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in sales or business development, ideally in SaaS. Fluency in Spanish and English is required. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities effectively, are also essential.

Key responsibilities include researching market trends, verticals, and customer segments within LATAM to identify key opportunities, leveraging knowledge of Aircall's products and services to engage with prospects, and developing a deep understanding of prospects' businesses to effectively communicate Aircall's value proposition.
