Compensation and Benefits Analyst

CIMMYT is seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and recommending compensation and benefits strategies to ensure our organization remains competitive in the market.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide detailed cost analysis and recommendations to HR Management on compensation and benefits practices.
- Support the salary review process, including augmentation mechanisms and benchmarking.
- Collaborate with other HR functions to establish compensation and benefits practices aligned with Talent Management strategies.
- Develop and propose compensation and benefit schemes, including salary scales and benefit levels.
- Conduct job evaluation processes to support personnel management strategies.
- Support HR management and administrative teams in decision-making on salary offers and internal mobility.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, administration, human resources, or a related field.
- Experience with HR information systems and ERPs.
- Advanced level of MS Office Suite, with experience with MS Dynamics desirable.
