About the RoleThis permanent position is responsible for the comprehensive management of AIRBUS payroll, as well as benefits administration.

- Process payments for FONACOT, meal vouchers, alimony, payroll taxes, and monthly and bimonthly settlements (IMSS-INFONAVIT), adhering to relevant laws and regulations.
- Execute the corresponding severances for AIRBUS sites in Mexico, upholding company policies and procedures.
- A degree in Accounting, Administration, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in finance and human resources.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll, showcasing expertise in compensation and benefits management.
- Advanced Excel/Google sheets skills, enabling efficient data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with the Federal Labor Law, IMSS-INFONAVIT Law, SAT, and STPS, ensuring compliance with Mexican labor regulations.
- An estimated salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 MXN per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
