Sales Assistant and Back Office Professional

SPEA, a leading company in the design and implementation of testing systems for microchips and electronic boards, is seeking a Sales Assistant and Back Office professional to join its team in Guadalajara.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, creating and maintaining internal orders, and verifying and confirming orders received from customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer orders and internal orders
  • Verifying and confirming orders received from customers
  • Developing commercial sensitivity and building relationships with end customers
  • Generating internal orders for supply fulfillment
  • Managing technical-commercial data related to orders

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Commercial Technical Institute, Accounting, or Linguistics
  • Excellent knowledge of written English
  • Experience in order processing (logistics of shipment, programming orders, and customer management)
  • Proactivity, organization, and work prioritization
  • Knowledge of Italian and international law, Italian taxation, and commercial relations (desired)
