About the Role

Fictiv is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Specialist / Office Manager to join our Mexico office. This dual-role position involves performing People Operations-related duties and managing the front office activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support and manage the building facilities.
  • Supervise and coordinate overall administrative and office activities, including maintenance and modification of office areas and equipment.
  • Negotiate the purchase of office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc., for the entire staff in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.
  • Organize and supervise travel arrangements and hosting visitors.
  • Facilitate New Hire onboarding, conduct New Hire orientations, and monitor learning and development initiatives.
  • Perform benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, and communicating benefit information to employees.
  • Serve as liaison between staff, HR, and payroll administrator to ensure timely payroll processing.
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
Requirements
  • Three to five years' human resource and office management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in business English and Spanish required.
  • Solid understanding of federal and state employment regulations, human resources affairs, legal compliance, and experience with labor unions.
  • Working knowledge of office processes, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to establish priorities and coordinate work activities.
  • Self-starter with operational flexibility to meet sudden and unpredictable business needs.
