Key Responsibilities- Develop data-driven market and property-level pricing strategies
- Monitor pricing and market trends, adjusting strategies as needed
- Manage inventory and availability to ensure maximum revenue and occupancy
- Communicate revenue performance and trends to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with Owner Experience, Marketing, and Listings and Distribution teams
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, pricing, revenue management, or related functions
- Past experience with pricing in hospitality, travel, or OTA is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, curiosity, and creative affinity
- Flexibility and bandwidth to establish systems without a set structure
- Expertise with spreadsheets and excellent written and oral communication skills
- Bachelor's with 2 years experience or Master's degree in a quantitative discipline
