Job Description

">

The Sales Executive will meet annual sales goals by focusing on customer requirements for products and services that improve their spaces and identify their actual needs.

Regular communication with internal and external customers is required regarding order/project product and service requirements according to company guidelines while maintaining company integrity and brand image.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Achieve sales annual objectives in margin and volume assigned by the company in the current fiscal year.">
  • Coordinate different areas of the company involved in sales projects to give an effective response to the customer.">
  • Seek new opportunities for business and prospecting new accounts.">
  • Develop and coordinate the sales process, including complex sales and negotiation strategies.">
  • Develop and maintain commercial relations with long-term customers through personalized attention and advice.">
  • Identify customer needs for the application of design solutions to achieve sales of the product.">
  • Enter and follow sales orders until closing the process.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

Education

  • ">
  • Preferred: Architecture, Industrial Design, Interior Design Degree, Marketing, or similar.">
  • English - must be fluent in verbal and written communication.">

Experience

  • ">
  • Preferred: 4 years of experience in sales.">
  • Experience in B2B channel.">
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills to work with all levels of staff and customers in a professional, diplomatic, and tactful manner.">
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal (mainly with project leaders, integral services, finance, and communication) and external customers and their outsourced providers.">
