Your MissionWe're seeking an Enterprise Sales Director who shares our passion for data-driven, digital media solutions. This role will involve working closely with some of the fastest-growing brands in the global marketplace.
You'll be responsible for consulting with marketers to promote Madison Logic's portfolio of B2B products. Your mission will be to identify opportunities to drive sales growth and exceed annual targets.
Job Description- Sales Consultation: You'll work with marketers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on Madison Logic's B2B solutions.
- Target Achievement: You'll strive to achieve annual, monthly, and quarterly sales targets, as defined by the company.
- Achievement Strategies: You'll identify methods to promote and accelerate sales goals in the region.
- Penetration Strategy: You'll penetrate assigned accounts, including new business, renewals, and upsells.
- Client Relationship Management: You'll directly manage ongoing relationships with enterprise accounts in the region.
- Negotiation: You'll negotiate pricing and contractual agreements with clients.
- Pipeline Management: You'll build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients to exceed annual sales goals.
- Digital Marketing Consulting: You'll work closely with clients to stay abreast of digital marketing best practices and apply this knowledge to assist them in meeting their revenue goals.
- Team Collaboration: You'll work collaboratively with our Customer Success team to ensure successful new client onboarding and white-glove level support.
- Internal Collaboration: You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure clients' ongoing success and satisfaction.
- University Degree: You'll hold a university degree or equivalent experience.
- Quota-Carrying Experience: You'll have 7+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, selling B2B digital marketing solutions to marketing leadership in large enterprise accounts.
- Revenue Target Achievement: You'll have a track record of meeting annual targets exceeding $1.5 million USD.
- Overachievement: You'll have a 2+ year history of overachieving sales quotas (top 10-15% of the company).
- Relationship Building: You'll have a proven track record of building strong, positive internal relationships with sales support staff.
- Sales Style: You'll possess a consultative sales style, strong experience selling solutions, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of Madison Logic and/or Account-Based Marketing industry and competitive landscape strongly preferred.
- Mentality: You'll have a proactive mentality with superior follow-up skills.
- Technical Aptitude: You'll have a strong technical aptitude to pitch our technically advanced platform.
- Sales Style: You'll possess a consultative sales style.
- Solution Selling: You'll have strong experience selling solutions.
- Attention to Detail: You'll have superior attention to detail and communication skills.
- Mindset: You'll have a proactive roll-up-your-sleeves mindset.
- Deadlines: You'll be able to work under tight deadlines.
