Digital Sales Expert for Global B2B Market

Madison Logic, Inc. is a leading provider of data-driven digital media solutions for B2B organizations globally.
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to join our team and drive sales growth in the region.
About the RoleThis role will be responsible for consultative sales of Madison Logic's portfolio of B2B products to Marketers, achieving annual, monthly and quarterly sales targets, identifying methods to promote and accelerate achievement of sales goals, penetrating assigned accounts, and negotiating pricing and contractual agreements.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a proven ability to build and manage a strong pipeline of potential clients and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements- A University Degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience, selling B2B digital marketing solutions to Marketing leadership in large Enterprise Accounts
- A track record of meeting annual targets in excess of 1.5 million USD
- 2+ year history of over-achieving sales quotas (top 10-15% of company)
- Proven track record of building strong, positive internal relationships with sales support staff
- A consultative sales style, strong experience selling solutions, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
The estimated salary for this role is approximately $443,000 MXN per annum, consisting of a base salary of $36,667 MXN per month and a commission-based component.
