As a Customer Experience Specialist at oilandgas, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of accounts, ensuring all customer needs and expectations are met. You will respond to customer inquiries regarding order status, resolve issues, and communicate with internal departments to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders from start to finish, including order entry, expediting, and resolving discrepancies
  • Manage customer returns and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Provide accurate and timely customer invoicing
  • Act as a change agent to improve Customer Care processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or high school diploma with significant relevant experience (3 years)
  • Advanced English language skills (B1 minimum)
