Job Summary

Chaos is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Professional to drive our direct sales efforts in the LATAM region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), breaking into key accounts, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and Sales: Identify and engage with large, untapped companies in the LATAM region, presenting Chaos' cutting-edge 3D rendering solutions to eliminate visualization pains and costly photo shoots.
  • Relationship Building: Forge and nurture strong connections with key stakeholders in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) field, understanding customer challenges and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead discovery to closing, driving high-volume sales efforts focusing on new business acquisition and strategic account growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Maintain precise records of sales activities, manage your pipeline effectively, and accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales.

Requirements

  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a background in software sales and a deep understanding of SaaS business models.
  • Relevant Experience: At least 5 years of experience in a sales role, with a successful software sales and account management track record.
  • Sales Skills: Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with effective task management and communication across organizational levels.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English, with Portuguese being a significant advantage.
