We are seeking an experienced Global Partnership Development Manager to join our team. This role is a crucial part of our partnership strategy, and you will be responsible for identifying and building new partnerships in the LATAM Education market.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the LATAM Education market and a proven track record of developing strategic relationships with key partners. You will work closely with our global leadership teams to develop a market-specific partner strategy that aligns with our regional revenue goals.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day relationships with existing partners in the region
  • Negotiating strategic contracts with terms most favorable for Flywire
  • Creating go-to-market plans and managing the lifecycle of new partner onboarding
  • Generating monthly and/or quarterly pipeline reports for partners
  • Calculating revenue share and coordinating with Finance to send payments to partners
  • Tracking and reporting KPIs for the EDU partnership program
