Fleet Partnership Development Manager

Indrive is seeking a highly motivated Fleet Partnership Development Manager to join its team in Mexico. This role plays a crucial part in the company's fleet partnerships, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled professional with experience in business development to manage fleet partnerships, including negotiations, contracting, and operational control of the projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with our HQ team to develop and implement the fleet partnerships strategy in the region.
Main Responsibilities
- Managing fleet partnerships, including negotiations, contracting, and operational control of the projects
- Developing and implementing fleet partnerships strategy in the region, together with the HQ team
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Monitoring key performance metrics of partners and working closely with them to drive improvements
- Building relations with third-party vendors, including OEMs, dealers, banks, and service stations
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development
- 5+ years of overall professional experience
- Proficient in English
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in the ride-hailing, leasing, or fleet business is preferable
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year (based on industry standards and location)
