About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Architect and Support Specialist to join our team at JDA Software. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our cutting-edge software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop complex software systems, including full-stack development and system architecture.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system availability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to improve our software solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in software development, system architecture, and technical leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Experience with complex algorithms and mathematical equations, as well as data structures and software design patterns.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and C++.
  • Experience with database management systems, including Oracle and SQL.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
