About the Role:
Avantor is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Care Supervisor to provide supervision and technical assistance to the customer service team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer complaints are resolved in a professional manner, determining work procedures, and monitoring business and process metrics to measure and manage customer service effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coach customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and team performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide high-level, quality service and enable continued sales growth.
Requirements:
• College degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience in customer relationship roles, with leadership and personnel management experience.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
