Hotel Expansion Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive business development strategies to drive growth in the Mexican and Caribbean markets.
- Identify new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, fostering relationships with key stakeholders, owners, investors, and partners in the hospitality sector.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to achieve growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals, presentations, and solutions that meet growth objectives.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Facilitate clear communication between Spanish-speaking and English-speaking parties, ensuring mutual understanding and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Professionally fluent in English and Spanish (writing and speaking).
- 6+ years of experience in business development with a strong track record of driving growth and expansion initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of the hotel industry strongly preferred, including market dynamics, operational standards, and industry best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Travel will be required 25-50% of the time.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. A competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance programs, paid vacation time, and a gas and grocery stipend are also offered.
