Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Design Specialist to join our team at Schneider Electric - Global. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing compensation and benefits solutions that drive business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement compensation and benefits strategies that align with business objectives
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform compensation and benefits decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HRBP and operations teams
- Communicate compensation and benefits policies and programs to employees and management
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure seamless execution of incentives, salary reviews, and share plans
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in compensation and benefits
- Advanced English language skills
- Remarkable communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in HR areas is a plus
