The Compensation and Benefits Manager for Mexico and CAC is responsible for administering employee compensation and benefit programs and policies. This role involves implementing, administering, evaluating, and supporting the design of effective compensation and benefits solutions, governance, tools, and processes in line with Pfizer's Global Total Rewards philosophy and strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the administration of insured and other benefits on a day-to-day basis, including reviewing escalations, liaising with third-party service providers, and providing guidance on case handling in accordance with Pfizer's policy.
- Oversee the annual renewal process for insured benefits and serve as the point of contact for local benefit providers, including Pension Plan management in Mexico.
- Manage day-to-day compensation operational activities, including job evaluations, compensation benchmarking, job offers, and compensation survey submission.
- Provide consultation and guidance to local business leaders and HR partners on compensation and benefits-related matters.
- Identify compensation, benefit, and reward & recognition issues that may affect critical colleague cohorts and recommend options to mitigate potential issues.
- Contribute to the design, coordination, and roll-out of the annual compensation cycle process and provide guidance and support to HR colleagues and local business leadership.
- Support the design and maintenance of Global Compensation Frameworks, Management Vehicle Reviews, and Severance policies in partnership with local HR colleagues and business representatives.
This role requires a combined functional expertise and creative/innovative mindset to support the implementation of innovative solutions to simplify Compensation and Benefits Operations processes, including options for further digitalization/automation.
