Compensation and Benefits Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team at Citi. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for conducting market pricing activities, analyzing compensation practices, and identifying policy gaps.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market pricing activities, including job matching, data analytics, and job pricing.
- Generate and review benefits and compensation related reports from internal systems, external market data vendors, and Microsoft Access.
- Identify policy gaps and formulate policies, procedures, or practices.
- Prepare advanced analytics and modeling to fulfill ad hoc data requests.
- Administer defined procedures, analyses, and report preparation.
- Previous experience in HR, Benefits, or Total Rewards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
