Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Developing and implementing compensation and benefits strategies tailored to the needs of employees in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, and Chile.
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations across all four countries.
  • Conducting frequent market monitoring to ensure benefits competitiveness.
  • Collaborating with Colleague Experience Group teams locally and globally to align compensation and benefits programs with the company's strategic objectives and frameworks.
  • Overseeing employee benefits programs, including health insurance and pension plans, among others.
  • Providing guidance and support to Colleague Experience Group teams and leaders in the different business units on compensation and benefits matters.
  • Analyzing compensation and benefits data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations proactively.
  • Participating and providing market, regional, and international insights to global projects.
  • Leading and mentoring direct and indirect team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Managing relationships with external vendors to ensure the delivery of compliant and cost-effective benefits.
