About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Optimization Specialist to join our Product Marketing Business Process Management Team at Infineon Technologies. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in managing and optimizing our global go-to-market business process deliverables, ensuring seamless standardization, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a segment of global go-to-market business process deliverables to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Ensure adaptability and standardization of process deliverables across all divisions, promoting consistency and efficiency.
  • Own change management of process deliverables, driving process improvements and ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Establish interfaces between go-to-market processes and deliverables processes, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Own and maintain process documentation and trainings, ensuring up-to-date knowledge and best practices.
  • Act as a go-to person for go-to-market business process, providing expert guidance and support.
  • Foster knowledge exchange and best practices sharing within marketing communities, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Support global projects, driving business success and growth.
Requirements
  • A degree in Business Administration, Engineering or a related field of studies.
  • At least 5 years of work experience in Business Process Management.
  • Experience in Marketing processes management and the Semiconductor or High-tech Industry.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).
