About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Iron Mountain. As a key member of our Global CX Center of Excellence, you will be responsible for creating CX strategies and managing research programs that deliver positive impact for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build Strong Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with commercial stakeholders, including sales and marketing teams.
  2. Understand Marketing and Sales Processes: Develop a deep understanding of marketing and sales processes and our go-to-market strategies.
  3. Conduct Research: Execute qualitative and quantitative research that helps commercial teams understand what drives commercial outcomes (wins/losses).
  4. Partner with Sales Operation Team: Partner with the sales operation team and external vendors to deliver high-quality research programs.
  5. Analyze Research Data: Analyze research data to generate clear insights and specific recommendations to improve our buying experience.
  6. Develop Customer Journey Maps: Develop customer journey maps for critical moments in the buying experience, highlighting where and how changes can improve satisfaction and commercial outcomes.
  7. Facilitate Action Planning: Facilitate action planning with a cross-functional commercial stakeholder group and track/report progress on changes.
Requirements
  1. Education: BA/BS in business, marketing, or related fields.
  2. Experience: 3+ years experience in CX, research, strategy, or other transformational role.
  3. Subject Matter Expertise: Subject matter expertise in Customer Experience, preferably with professional CX certification.
  4. Research Techniques: Understanding of best practice research techniques and data analytics methods.
  5. Project Management: Solid project management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines, taking responsibility for deliverables.
  6. Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, projecting professionalism and credibility.
  7. Data Visualizations: Familiarity with advanced data visualizations including mekko, quad charts, scatter plots, and table charts.
  8. Surveying Platform: Proficiency with Qualtrics or other enterprise surveying platform.
  9. Additional Consideration: Additional consideration for experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Reporting.
