Customer Experience Representative

The Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to customers onboarded in the Maersk environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer email issues via Case Management
  • Provide customer onboarding and explain website usage
  • Manage contracts and disputes
  • Support customers via phone
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in international Affairs, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • Intermediate English level
  • Previous customer experience a plus
