Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Executive to join our team at Accor Hotels. As a Guest Service Executive, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Welcome and Check-in: Provide a warm welcome to guests, register and process check-in for all arrivals, and update guest information in the system.
  • Cashiering and Foreign Exchange: Be accountable for cashiering duties, foreign exchange transactions, night audits tasks, and settlement upon the departure of guests.
  • Room Allocation and Guest Requests: Prepare for daily arrivals in terms of room allocation and checks traces for any special requests of guests.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel setting is an asset.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for service are essential.
  • Service Focused Personality: A service-focused personality is essential, and experience is an asset.
  • Technical Skills: Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is required.
  • Language Skills: Must be a Russian, German, or French speaker.
