Sales Manager Job Description

Hecsan Enterprises seeks a highly experienced Sales Manager to oversee our inbound and outbound sales teams. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building high-performing teams, and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales quotas and meet marketing objectives.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage sales training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Monitor key accounts and provide support to sales representatives.
  • Recruit, onboard, and mentor new sales team members.

Requirements:
