Sales and Lead Generation Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Lead Generation Professional to drive our sales efforts, identify potential leads, and nurture client relationships in a thriving US nearshore location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Utilize various prospecting techniques to identify and generate high-quality leads.
- Qualification: Assess lead viability and qualification through effective questioning and information gathering.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their pain points and business objectives.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation efforts and ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities, track progress, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or a related role.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to effectively evaluate and prioritize leads.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments.
- Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and driven to achieve and exceed lead generation targets.
Compensation: Estimated salary: $120,000 per year, based on a monthly salary of approximately $10,000.00, making it an attractive opportunity for professionals seeking a challenging and rewarding career in sales and lead generation.
